May the Dormition Fast help you find faith, hope and joy and save you from anxieties and unclean thoughts. Let your soul be warm and calm, and let comfort and God’s grace reign in your home!

On the Dormition Fast, I would like to wish you happy days of life and good moments of joy spent with loved ones and dear people. Let the soul get rid of all worries and doubts, let the heart be able to understand the true meaning of life and let bright hope and love into it.

During this Dormition Fast, I wish you to observe not only the physical rules, but also the spiritual ones. Let quarrels dissipate before they even begin, and let your thoughts be turned to God and things that are higher than usual matters. This post is a cleansing, after which each of us will become renewed.

During the Dormition Fast, I would like to free my soul and heart from old grievances and unclean thoughts, rid my body of everything rough and unnecessary, learn the true power of faith and instill hope in myself, completely cast aside fear and rejoice in every given day.

The Most Holy Theotokos always protects us. In difficult moments, we turn to her for help. And during Holy Lent I would like to wish you purification of your soul and heart. Let your thoughts become pure and your actions correct.

May the Assumption Fast allow you to leave all sorrows, troubles, sadness and disappointments behind the threshold of the past, may the world around you become kinder, may your heart open new horizons of harmony, mercy and happiness. With all my heart I wish to be able to say “goodbye” to grievances and greet good hopes and my happy dreams.

Fasting is a reason for every believer not only to limit himself to material food, but also to become more receptive to spiritual food. Let the onset of Spasovka be for everyone a sign of purification and acceptance of God’s mercy. May Lent be successful and may each of us who observe it understand something new about ourselves and our faith.
