Now, on a well-deserved rest, there is so much to remember. It was difficult, but very responsible. A lot has always depended, depends, and will continue to depend on the miner’s work. At times, I had to work in mortal danger. But you walked, worked and won. And now I want to say words of gratitude for the work that gave the country energy, warmth and light. Thank you.
